We believe the most powerful voice in any room is the one that’s real.

Grounded in your story. Sharpened by strategy. Delivered with confidence.

Communication coaching that sounds like you.

Most public speaking advice tells you to rehearse until the nerves go away, memorize your talking points, and picture the audience naked. We think that’s terrible advice.

We don’t teach you to perform confidence. We help you find your own. Because the love of public speaking doesn’t come from polish — it comes from vulnerability, clarity, and the courage to say something real.

In a world where so much of what we hear sounds the same — templated, optimized, safe — the voice that actually moves people is the one that’s human. That’s what we help you build.

Our approach is built on a few core beliefs.

01 Truth over performance.

We don’t teach you to fake it. We help you communicate from what’s real inside, because audiences trust truth, not perfection.

03 Voice is a responsibility.

Your voice is influence — and influence should be used with intention. We help you use your voice to advocate, to lead thoughtfully, and to create impact that extends beyond the room.

04 The journey matters.

Public speaking isn’t an overnight fix. It’s an ongoing, internal evolution of your voice, your story, and your message. We’re here for the long game, not the quick fix.

Powerful communication makes room for many perspectives. We listen just as intentionally as we speak, and every story carries insight worth hearing.

02 Every voice has value.

Why I’m here.

I got a crash course in public speaking before I was old enough to drive. In high school, I competed in speech — and not casually. I gave as many as thirteen speeches in a single Saturday, and I did that nearly every weekend for four years. By the time I graduated, speaking in front of people wasn’t something that scared me. It was something I loved.

That early foundation led me into communications, where I spent years working for Fortune 500 companies. And it was in my first corporate role that I realized something: the skill I’d built — the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and authentically — wasn’t something most people had been given the space to develop. Especially women. I watched brilliant, capable, strategic people get talked over, passed up for speaking opportunities, or handed scripts that sounded nothing like them. They had the ideas. They had the expertise. What they didn’t have was a space to find their own voice.

So I built one.

The Cadence Collective started as a side project and a conviction: that when women find their real voice — not a polished version, not a corporate-approved version, but the real one — they aren’t just heard. They change the room.

Over the past decade, I’ve coached more than 500 women across 30+ industries. Founders, executives, community leaders, creatives, first-time speakers, and women who never called themselves speakers at all. What they have in common is the same thing: they had something worth saying and they were ready to say it clearly.

I’m based in Denver, Colorado and work with clients locally and virtually. I bring the same thing to every engagement: honesty, structure, and a deep belief that your voice matters.

You might be a perfect fit if…

You know you have something to say, but you’re still deciding how boldly you want to say it.

You’re often in rooms where you’re respected, but not always heard the way you want to be.

You’re done performing, posturing, or trying to sound like someone else.

You want communication coaching that’s structured but not rigid, strategic without being corporate, and supportive without being surface-level.

You believe words matter. You believe women belong in visible roles. And you’re ready to stop being the best-kept secret in your own life.

Our clients are founders, executives, community leaders, creatives, speakers, and women who don’t use any of those titles yet. What connects them isn’t their role — it’s their desire to show up with intention.

Let’s find out what your voice can do.

Whether you’re preparing for a keynote or just starting to explore what you have to say, there’s a place for you here.
